DesiCity Platform Updates
We have made several front and back end changes to DesiCity.com, improving current features and resolving issues found by our customers and sellers.
New Features
- New Look Website - We have spent time over the last months updating every page on the front end of Desicity.com. The work is nearly complete, with only a handful of changes remaining. This will give customers a better user experience
- Product Videos - Sellers can now add 1 video per product, enhancing the product page
- Digital Prints - Sellers can now sell digital prints on the platform
- Sales Pricing - sellers can now offer sales prices on product variations/optionS
- Media Library - We have updated the seller media library to make it easier up upload and organise product and brand images
- Customer File Upload - Customers can upload their own files for any customisable product. To enable this on your products, the option needs to be added to a product, by the seller, from the backend dashboard.
Bug Fixes
- SKU's - Duplicate SKU's are now prohibited. Each SKU must be unique across the platform in the format XXX-0000
- Voucher Codes - a bug preventing them being applied is now fixed
- Order Emails - some emails were not being triggered and sent by the platform. A fix has been applied and is now working as expected
- Seller Sign Up - an error code would display during the signup process. This code has been updated and resolved.
- Store-Wide Shipping - this wasn't being applied to orders. Code has been updated and is now resolved.

- Add to Cart Button - on all products
- Filters - Filters tailored for each category section
- Courier Information - Add courier and tracking information to each order
- Apple Pay - Full Apple Pay integration
- Klarna - flexible payment options to qualifying products
