If you have any previous reviews and feedback of your products that are listed on DesiCity, please feel free to share them with us so that we can make them visible to potential customers. These reviews can be received on other e-commerce platforms, social media, direct messages etc.

Our team can use the reviews that you have already received and add them to your products on the platform, thus saving you the time and hassle of carrying out this task. Please send any reviews to reviews@desicity.com.

Integrity is key to DesiCity, so we ask for and will use genuine reviews only. If we believe any reviews are manufactured, we will refuse or remove them.

From this point forward, any reviews of products purchased directly from the DesiCity marketplace will be flagged with a ‘verified purchase’ marker.
