Products are sent directly from the relevant seller. By purchasing an item, the seller agrees to the stated delivery date. If for any reason there is a change to the delivery date, the customer will be notified of a revised delivery date by the seller.

If there are any unique circumstances beyond the control of the seller which cause a delay to a delivery, the seller will be in touch with the customer with an updated delivery date.
Any price reduction due to voucher codes will apply to the product price only.

Products with free delivery will generally be shipped with standard UK delivery unless specified on the product or shop page.
International delivery may be available on products. If so, this will be displayed on the product or shop page. The cost for delivery will be clearly stated. The delivery timelines will be clearly stated.
When ordering to a country outside of the UK, items may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The customer will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
